    关于时间的迷信

     

        这些日子以来,几乎都在和“历史”打交道,每天随着“西行”队伍寻访各种古迹或者非物质文化遗产。从北魏时期的石窟造像到皮影戏,从西夏碑文到清末的凉州宝卷,一下子丰富得有点大脑消化不良。当然,在种种古迹之中,有时候也会参杂着“新迹”,年代不够久远甚至根本是当代的作品,每每这个时候,同行的明贤法师都会摇着头说:“没什么价值。”

        多多觉得奇怪:难道只有时间,才能为一切器物赋予价值?难道匠人的匠心,艺人的技艺在时间洗炼之前,都只能如同草履?在老谈看来,一切物品就其本身而言都没有什么值得赞叹的——情器世界中的一切都不过是无常流变中的短暂聚合罢了,保得了三千年,保证不了在第三千零一年不会坏灭——而这些古物之所以让人由衷赞叹,那是因为对人的敬仰:对创作者,对制造者,对发掘者,对收集者,对保存者;也是因为对所倾注的心力的钦佩:虔敬之心,竭诚之心,钻研之心,不倦之心,坚毅之心。

        当一件汉代的青铜器摆放在面前,我们是在试图通过它的神韵,捕捉两千年前那一位无名工匠内心的创作冲动,通过它体悟另一颗心灵对美的激赏。“时间”对这一件青铜器而言,是一双双摩挲其上的手,是一双双鉴赏不已的眼睛,再加上令其逐渐耗损的日月水火,没有几千年的人来人往,鄙夷或者赞叹,“时间”不过是毫无价值的大虚妄。

        而对于一件现代流水线上生产的工艺品,如果能够体会作者的心思,工人的付出,如果真的有对“人”的敬重,就不会认定其毫无价值?劳动者眉心的汗从来都不轻,没有什么东西比人心更重!对人当下的鲜活付出不去赞赏,而对一件远古的死物顶礼膜拜,那只是对时间的迷信,其实与艺术鉴赏无关。

        是心勾召了山河大地,是心抉择了美丑善恶,也许只有真正地去善护人心、感恩人心、敬畏人心,才能真正的欣赏世界,也只有真正的以“人”为本,才不至于玩“物”丧志。
