间歇性地，多多会非常厌恶这个世界，如果能做到念念相续的厌恶，也就好了，直接终身闭关去了，偏偏只是间歇性，大部分时间还很执著这个世间。今天，又是一个间歇性发作，也许是碳烧咖啡喝多了吧！直到无意间找到这首歌，我知道“我”就是这个烦恼世间的造物主，没有任何别人可以抱怨。幸好我是造物主，我一定还能再造一个净土。

A nature that is pure and kind                           纯洁良善的自性
Let your heart be noble and true                       让你的心灵高贵真诚
Let your mind be calm and stable, too                让你的内心平静稳定
