    单身女人生存手册1

         北京的气温骤降到零下,多多的老腰又开始生疼,一直以为只是坐骨神经痛,结果被一位学中医的朋友摸索一番之后,诊断出还有轻微的腰间盘突出,哎呀,多多什么时候也成了“业绩不突出、政绩不突出、腰间盘突出”的人啦,哇哇哇,呜!
         尤其是今天,多多脚下没生风可腰间生风了,仿佛被人点破了哪个穴道,寒气嗖嗖地灌进腰里。无奈家中设备简陋,除了双手攥拳外,再没有什么很好的医疗器械。情急之下,多多心生一计,打起了喝剩的牛奶的主意:先烧半壶开水;待水烧开后;直接将塑料袋软包装的伊力纯牛奶连未开封的包装一起扔入壶中(用蒙牛的效果是一样滴);三分钟后,牛奶包已达摄氏九十多度,拿出来;人趴在床上,将牛奶包置于腰间热敷(不要直接接触皮肤,很烫!);与此同时可以上网写个博客什么的;当牛奶包温度降到五十度,老腰应该已经得到了很好的理疗;还有最后一步很重要——将牛奶打开,喝掉,温度刚刚好,而且有补钙功效,所以下次应该改用高钙奶。
         经过此番外敷内服,一个疗程三十天,情况一定会有好转,嘿嘿!

    真把那露著的背當您的背了, 雖然沒見過您的裸背, 老咪觀想了一下, 覺得您的裸背應該看上去像這款.

    还有啊,康复了以后要多注意坐姿,久坐人群据说容易腰间盘突出。
    google了这个送给多多:
    久坐少动人群应适当参加体育煅炼,增加背伸肌的力量,如游泳、慢跑、打球等。此外,保持良好的坐姿,也可起到预防作用。人若常跷二郎腿,就会给颈、背、腰等部位造成持续性负荷,导致背部肌肉、韧带被长时间过度牵拉而受损,给腰间盘突出的入侵埋下隐患。正确的坐姿应是上身挺直、收腹、下颌微收,两下肢并拢。如有可能,应使膝关节略高出髋部。坐在有靠背的椅子上时,还应尽量将腰背紧贴椅背,以减少腰骶部肌肉的疲劳感。电脑操作者,还要确保坐时整个脚掌着地。
